Dishes throughout the 5 courses are infused with Glenfiddich 12 Years, 15 Years and 18 Years as well as Balvenie 12 Years, 14 Years and 17 Years. Whisky Ambassador James Buntin will guide you through the tastes and pairings of the premium whisky selection. All within the magnificent setting of The Fireplace, overlooking the courtyard of InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort.
